Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Large items like power racks and weight plates are shipped via LTL freight and typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your barbells and plates?
Yes, we stand behind our gear. Most of our barbells come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and bending, while our bumper plates are covered for 1 to 3 years depending on the specific model.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day 'No-Questions-Asked' return policy. If you aren't happy with your equipment, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, though return shipping fees may apply for non-defective items.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the carrier's information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
